Your current employer may be a customer of On Q limited, or a client of one of our customers. On Q Limited cannot restrict the customers who access profiles on our database and cannot be held responsible for any eventuality.
On Q Limited will also use the aggregate data to identify employment trends across different industries, such as salary averages. This information will not be capable of being linked to any personally identifying information about users.
Some of our customers may be located in countries outside the European Economic Area.
When you 'apply online', we store some information about you in your 'On Q Jobs' area, but it is protected by your password and may only be accessed by you. It does not form part of our On Q Jobs candidate database and cannot be searched or accessed by On Q Jobs customers. Your CV will be viewed by an On Q Limited customer. If you have choose to remover your contact details from your uploaded CV then this will be at your discretion.
If you choose to create a profile and upload a CV to our database, we rely on you to ensure that your details are kept up to date. You should update your CV at least every six months, particularly if your contact details have changed. We will keep your CV and profile in our candidate database for 18 months. If you do not update your CV and profile in that time, they will be removed from our candidate database. You will still be able to log in at any time and update your CV and profile, at which point we will re-enter you on our candidate database.
Please note that On Q Limited reserves the right to remove from our database CVs which include any content that we consider to be illegal or offensive.
Any policy changes due to legislation will be posted on this page and, if substantial, may be promoted on the website or through e-mail notification.
Under the Employment Agencies Act, On Q Limited is obliged to hold your data for 12 months after it was last used. After 12 months of non-usage we will contact you and ask you if you want to keep your details on our database. If you do not indicate by signing in to On Q Jobs.co.uk that you wish your details to be retained on our database, we will archive your account.
This is when all data is collected and processed as a total to enable us to look at such information as demographic and geographic trends, so that we can continually improve our service.
This is the process where candidate users are asked if they want their personal data to remain on the On Q Jobs.co.uk database. If a user does not indicate that they wish their details to be retained, their record is deleted from the database. This means that the candidate will not be able to sign in to On Q Jobs.co.uk and also means that their details will not be accessible by any recruiters using On Q Jobs.co.uk. Please note this process is carried out in accordance with the Employment Agencies Act and the Data Protection Act.
